Open the loan in MX LOS, then click "Submit to Processor" from the Processor Hub. Select your partner from the directory, confirm the file details, and submit. The processor receives the full loan package — documents, borrower data, and notes — instantly through their MxEngine portal.

The Processor Hub directory includes partners who have onboarded to MxEngine's network. If your preferred processor isn't listed, you can invite them to join — onboarding is free for processors and typically takes less than a day to set up.

When a processor needs additional documents or corrections, they create condition requests directly on the submission. You see each condition listed with its status — Outstanding, Submitted, or Cleared — and can upload responses right from the tracking screen. Both sides have full visibility.

The Analytics tab shows submission volume over time, average turnaround by processor, condition-to-clear ratios, and completion rates. You can filter by date range and processor to compare performance and make informed decisions about where to route your next file.

The Processor Hub is included in all MxEngine plans at no additional cost. Processing partners pay their own platform fees, but as an originator you get full access to the directory, submission tracking, condition management, and analytics as part of your subscription.
